Shipping

Shock-Ra is a proud supporter of Canada Post and all product is shipped using their services.  The shipping and handling charges added to your invoice total, are for within Canada & continental U.S.A. only. For orders being shipped outside these areas, click here
(insert link to international orders section) and tell us what you would like to order. A shipping price will be obtained and we will email you for approval the total of your invoice including shipping charges.

In stock items will be packed for shipping to you within 3 business days, and once the product has been sent, you will be notified  via email. Please allow 1-2 weeks for product to arrive depending on your location.



Return and Exchange Policy

Sales are never final!  Seriously, we take such pride in our work, your satisfaction is our priority!.  Each customer is unique and each transaction is different, so we encourage any dissatisfied Shock-Ra BEAR customers, to send feedback at info@shock-ra.com and allow us the opportunity to make it right!  

If a product is out of stock, you will receive notice via email to let you know of the situation, and an estimated time of product restock, and delivery.  We will also offer you the option to accept a substitution, or  a full money refund.  

If you have ordered an incorrect size you may return product to us for exchange, and we will cover the cost to have the new item shipped back to you!   However if you need assistance with selecting correct size, please refer to the product’s size chart, or send us an email and we would be delighted to help.

If the item you received is defective, please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements to alter, repair or exchange the item.
